1 – OVERVIEW

Welcome to our website. Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”) carefully before using the website  operated by RTUTEC.Ltd, a company registered in the state of Israel.
The terms “NDT2Hand”, “we”, “us” and/or “our” refer to RTUTEC Ltd. and to the website www.NDT2hand.com. NDT2Hand offers to clients and users (the “User”) different services (“Services”).
The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyper-link together with the Privacy Policy.

RTUTEC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

3 – DESCRIPTION NDT2HAND’S SERVICES

Through his website https://www.NDT2hand.com (and all our other websites) which are linked to it), NDT2Hand offers to his clients the following services:

intermediation for the sale and the purchase of used NDT systems or tools (“Service”), acting as a broker. NDT2Hand puts in contact the seller of an equipment with a potential buyer to lead to a successful deal for both parties.

Some errors or omissions can be present on our website, such as omissions or typographical errors in the product description, pricing, promotion, availability of the Equipment, NDT2Hand reserves the right to correct the eventual errors or to update any information without prior notice and without liability to NDT2Hand.
At the same time NDT2Hand reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporally or permanently the “Site” and/or the “Content”. Furthermore NDT2Hand has the right to terminate the access of the “User” for any reason or for no reason.

4 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

The registration on the website www.NDT2hand.com (and all our other websites which are linked to it) is free of charge for every “User”.
NDT2Hand reserves the right to verify the personal data of each new “User”, who will register on the website and to accept or to decline the registration for any reason or for no reason at all and at any time.
By registering on our website, the “User” agrees to provide updated information about himself and his company, which is true and complete. The “User” agrees that if he provides some false information about himself or about his company, NDT2Hand reserves the right to block his access to the website and/or to cancel his account without prior notice.
To register on our website, the “User” needs a valid email address. The “User” can choose his own password (or generate it automatically). The “User” is responsible for his password (for its confidentiality and for its use and access). The “User” has to inform immediately NDT2Hand if an unauthorized person used his password.
Every “User” who registers on our website www.NDT2hand.com (and all our other websites which are linked to it) agrees with our “Terms”.

5 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS

The user, if he is a seller, shall provide as much information as possible on the offer, for example: all his personal or professional information and the ones of his company (corporate name of the company, exact and true address, registration number of his company, email address and phone number to be contacted) and as much information as possible on the machine he is offering (technical details of the machine, conditions of the machine, sales conditions, payment terms).
The seller is responsible for the information he gives about himself, his company and the products he offers.
NDT2Hand reserves the right to cancel or to modify this information if they are not true or not accurate for any reason or at any time.
The user, if he is a buyer, is responsible for the product he is buying. The buyer can make his offer for a product, and NDT2Hand can evaluate if the offer is valid and relevant. NDT2Hand has the right to not consider an offer from a client and no action can be taken against NDT2Hand for this reason.
The buyer, by accepting to buy a product, confirms that he has got the available funds to do this purchase.

6 – PAYMENT AND COMMISSIONS

Registration on our website and placing ads are free.
In the case NDT2Hand acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer, a commission which has been previously agreed with the seller of the machine, will be due. Both sellers and buyers have the obligation to inform NDT2Hand in case of a successful deal.
NDT2Hand has to raise an invoice for the payment of a commission – this invoice shall be paid 15 days after reception of the bill.
All the prices and the commissions are in EURO and have to be be paid in EURO (except special agreements with the seller or with the buyer).
When NDT2Hand acts as a seller, the buyer has to pay the full amount of the machine directly to NDT2Hand. NDT2Hand will raise an invoice to the client for the sale of the machine. The buyer has to pay the total amount before the machine will be shipped to his plant. The invoice shall be paid maximum 15 days after reception of the bill.

7 – COPYRIGHT

The site and the “Content” are the property of RTUTEC Ltd. and his affiliates, such as browsers, sellers, buyers, consultants, resellers, end users, merchants, and/ or contributors. By using our website and our services, the “User” agrees not to copy, republish, sell, or modify any content of the website without having the official written agreement of RTUTEC Ltd.

8 – LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The website www.NDT2hand.com might contain links to third-party websites such as advertisements and collaborators or partners websites. NDT2Hand is not responsible of the content or the privacy of these websites and the “User” can use these websites and links at his own risks.
By using our website and by clicking on these links, the “User” agrees to take the entire responsibility and acknowledges that NDT2Hand can not be, in any conditions, responsible for the eventual direct or indirect damages or any harm related by this action.

9 – TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
NDT2Hand reserves the right to terminate and/or cancel your access to our website without any notice and at any time in case of violation of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”.

10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel.
